Regular musings on lessons learned at the intersection of being an entrepreneur and a father.

First OF ALL

Entrepreneurship

I was an entrepreneur before anything else. It all began in elementary school when I was selling some beaded necklaces to teachers and then got called to the principal's office for it. Since then, whether it's t-shirts, tacos, test prep or tech trends (crypto/artificial intelligence), I've had a wide range of boots-on-the-ground experience with building a business.

Not to mention

Fatherhood

From managing priorities and communication styles to adapting to changes in the market, I didn't realize how much entrepreneurship would inform my being a father, and how being a father would inform me being an entrepreneur.

let's not forget

Student

I contemplated putting Teacher instead of student. This site/newsletter is about me sharing what I have learned. But I'm much more of a student than anything else. I remain curious, for better or worse.
